Due to hygiene and safety reasons, contact lenses are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable once sold.

However, if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Our team will review the issue and work towards an appropriate resolution.

To assist with your claim, please provide:
• Your order number
• Clear photos or videos of the item received
• A brief description of the issue

Please note that refunds, exchanges, or replacements will not be granted for:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect prescription or product selected during checkout
• Discomfort due to personal sensitivity or unsuitable lens fit
• Improper handling, storage, or use of the lenses

EYEVU reserves the right to assess each case individually before approving any replacement or refund request.

Shipping

At EYEVU, we aim to get your order to you as smoothly as possible!

  • Processing Time:
    Orders are typically processed within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation. During promotional periods, launches, or festive seasons, processing may take up to 7 working days.

  • Shipping Fees
    Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping method.

  • Domestic Shipping (Malaysia)
    Orders within Malaysia are usually delivered within 2–5 working days after dispatch.

  • International Shipping:
    Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and customs processing. Most international orders arrive within 7–14 working days after dispatch.

  • Order Tracking:
    Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent via email so you can follow your parcel's journey.
